Satisfying the demand for fresh food on the go, Fresh Off the Bun incorporates a balance of quality & in-season fresh herbs, meat, tofu and a mix of Vietnamese & Cajun spices for a quick & healthy meal.
As a little girl born in Vietnam and raised in New Orleans eating only the freshest of foods around the table with my family, I learned a healthy perspective for mealtime. While working in many family restaurants in New Orleans, my love of Vietnamese Cuisine (many consider to be of the healthiest cuisines in the world) has fostered a passion for cooking & eating right. As a mother of two children in Birmingham I have noticed the choices of fresh foods on the go are limited. Fresh Off the Bun was created to bring Birmingham a healthy alternative that doesn’t skimp on flavor.
Fresh Off the Bun offers a mix of Vietnamese, French and Cajun influences: delicious Bánh mì (sandwich on a baguette), Spring Rolls, Pho (noodle bowls served in the winter), Vietnamese Tacos, and Salads all from freshest of vegetables, herbs and meats.
After eating food from Fresh off the Bun, your taste buds will be happy, your tummy full, and you can go about your day knowing that you have eaten healthy. Just like when I was a child with my family sitting around the table rolling spring rolls, eating good food and telling stories.
